[Maced] Disabling RSS feeds

Hi again

I'm currently setting up a new image for our eMacs, running 10.4.11.   
Is there a way to disable RSS feeds in Safari for all new users, so  
they don't get bugged for usernames and passwords?

I need to set a user account template that will apply to new users as  
they are created locally after authenticating to the Win Active  
Directory. I have set some template prefs by putting them in System/ 
Library/User Template/English.lproj/Library/Preferences. I can't find  
the pref file that sets the RSS preferences, however. The  
com.apple.safari pref doesn't seem to affect whether RSS feeds are on  
or off.
