[Maced] Carnival Manager

Yes, I thought that too .... I actually built my own in the early 90's 
in HyperCard. I"ve done some thinking along the same lines re php, but 
as a teacher eventually i decided  that it failed the "schedule 
feasibility" test.

When you make it, cna you keep the web pages really simple, so we can 
use lynx for even better perfomance? .I've found that some sort of  
search on incomplete surnames is necessary, and it should really filter 
the available students according to their age group.

I'm a bit mystified about why you compare it to something like iwork or 
ms office ... of course they are much more capable packages, but how 
does the market for a sports carnival manager compare with general 
office software?
