[Maced] Digital Revolution

Hi 

We have received a grant in the first round (still waiting for the actual
cash, mind you). Computers: desktops or laptops was our choice.
No IWBs, infrastructure (have most in place anyway), software etc
I would assume round two would be the same. This has nothing to do with
State Govt's - it's a federal program.
