[Maced] Google Earth for Macs

Has anyone had success with Putting Google Earth on the Network & as part of the image for the school network? Apparently there have been problems with the DET set up & it won't load on Macs? I can do it at home- but not at school.
Anyone solved this issue? (I am not too technical so if it's not a simple fix I guess I have no hope!!!)
