[Maced] Ticketing system

Ours get listed on a specific piece of paper("fill in a green sheet" is the
mantra around the school, my techs then add to either a spreadsheet file or
a word document - can't remember without looking with some indication of the
solution.
We do look at this occasionally.

Is anyone using a good system for recording IT faults please?  A DB or other
