[Maced] Ticketing system

I have just this year started using a new program called 'spiceworks'.  
It is a pc server only program but all the access is web based. As a  
help desk ticketing system it is free and works really really well. I  
just grabbed an old pc that we had sitting around ran the install  
program and was running after 10 mins. The machine will need a static  
ip address but  the machine doesn't have to be very high spec'ed at  
all. So far i'm very impressed with it. Especially the feedback to the  
client which is all automated email communication.
