[Maced] Ticketing system

A whiteboard and marker on a string in the staffroom works well.
A stuffed machine can't log a fault to a database.
Put a line down the middle so you have two columns.
That way when one column is filled, (with the entries at the top rubbed out as they are fixed), the second column can continue the list.
It's also a great way for everyone to appreciate how many issues are generated.
