Dear Glenn


Try manually putting in the DNS settings in the Network System  
Preferences for the ISP (or anyone elses - it will most likely work  
"just fine").

I've had some Mac's over the years that didn't "get the auto DNS" - so  
it didn't know where to look for anything.  When I manually placed  
them on the COMPUTER (not the Router) it all worked!  Easy to try.
