[Maced] Digital Rev?

Can someone explain the process for applying. Do we have to be identified as
a potential aplicant school first or do we apply first then become
identified.
As you can see I'm a bit confused (pretty much my normal state of mind, only
the degree of confusion varies)

I actually called the "help" line this morning Besides being very vague
about most things (I think the poor person was only employed last week and
had to go and ask superiors a number of times) it seems that schools can get
what they want, within the limitations imposed by the system they are in.
Glad I'm not in NSW DET any more.
