[Maced] CD Burning in Finder

I have burnt a CD using the finder in 10.5.2 by dragging, dropping and  
click burn.  These cannot be read on PC's even though the dialog box  
which asks about the speed says it can.  When I check the format in  
disk utility I am told that the format of this CD  is Mac OS extended  
which is obviously the problem.

How do I burn a CD in the finder which is PC readable?
