I don't call them often but did last Thursday as the battery of my MacBook had failed. Ryan suggested I try the Battery Updater software, which I had already done. The call was logged and Ryan contacted Apple. On Monday morning he called again to see if Apple had been in touch. They hadn't. At lunchtime I returned to my office after teaching (the kindy kids!) and there was my new battery, direct from Apple in Sydney, and delivered by Startrack Courier. The MacBook is now 100% functional and the old battery returned to Apple in the enclosed Express Post Platinum prepaid mail bag. I think that is exemplary service.
